WHAT PEOPLE SAID
THEY HAPPY WITH US
After our work van was struck by a tow truck right in front of A 1 Collision, I was immediately greeted by David, who walked me through step by step, on how to handle the situation. They got an un-drivable van into their shop and provided us with service beyond our expectation. They do quality work and have a quick turnaround rate. Their service was excellent. I was never left on hold and always had someone to talk to if David was not around. A 1 made us feel important, even though they are a very busy establishment. The van is up and running again and we are back in business. I would definitely have them fix our vehicle in case anything like this ever happens again.

A 1 Collision was the closest repair shop our accident, so I allowed them to working on my car which worked out to be the best decision I made. Their workers are very professional and courteous. David called me personally and got me a rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for $40 a day. That is the lowest I have ever rented a car in NYC! My car parts were ordered right away and the job was completed soon after. Paint job is so perfect. My car looks brand new again! This is the first time I dealt with A1 Collision and I am so glad I did. They did not disappoint, and all I can say is THANK YOU to David for being so helpful to me and my family during this process.

In regards to their professional and courteous handling of my vehicle, I am extending you my sincere gratitude. Our liaison between your company and insurance company was very professional taking much concern and work from me. David, has been especially helpful in helping me with regard to helping set up the Enterprise Rent A Car and including all the paperwork that needed to be prepared, that had made this entire experience “customer friendly”. Again, my thanks and appreciation for everything A1 Collision NY did to make my accident and repair easier for me to be able to handle. You guys did an excellent job.

Your professionalism and caring manner are very unusual in this day in age,. They took care of everything from the paperwork with the insurance company and the police report. Most importantly, A1 Collision NY delivered all your promises, including a superb job of repairing and painting my car so it looks better than new. Thank you so much for all your assistance on helping my Husband I get back on the road with a bad accident we had. There should be more good people like you and your staff in this world. I have to say that I am always skeptical with using someone I don’t know, but you and your staff really made feel good we met you. A1 Collision NY & Auto Care did an excellent job on putting our car back together again. We thank you for all your kindness you provided during this unpleasant time of our accident.
