After our work van was struck by a tow truck right in front of A 1 Collision, I was immediately greeted by David, who walked me through step by step, on how to handle the situation. They got an un-drivable van into their shop and provided us with service beyond our expectation. They do quality work and have a quick turnaround rate. Their service was excellent. I was never left on hold and always had someone to talk to if David was not around. A 1 made us feel important, even though they are a very busy establishment. The van is up and running again and we are back in business. I would definitely have them fix our vehicle in case anything like this ever happens again.

A 1 Collision was the closest repair shop our accident, so I allowed them to working on my car which worked out to be the best decision I made. Their workers are very professional and courteous. David called me personally and got me a rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for $40 a day. That is the lowest I have ever rented a car in NYC! My car parts were ordered right away and the job was completed soon after. Paint job is so perfect—my car looks brand new again!
