An estimate is our assessment of the work visible at the time it is written. Collision damage frequently extends behind panels and is not visible until teardown. Where additional work is found, it is documented and raised with you, and with your insurer where there is a claim, before it is carried out. No additional work is done without authorization.

All auto body work carries a one year warranty. A two year extended warranty is available for purchase. The warranty covers defects in the work we performed. It does not cover new damage, ordinary wear, or the consequences of an accident occurring after the repair.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Voyager Card and major debit cards. Where an insurer is paying, any deductible remains payable by you. Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Please collect your vehicle promptly once we tell you it is ready. Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period after completion may attract storage charges, and we will tell you before any such charge applies.

In New York you choose the repair shop, not your insurer. An insurer may recommend a shop; the decision is yours. See insurance claim repair.
